How can i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to see the delivery status.
How long does delivery take?
For UK and Ireland orders received before 2pm, you will receive your order the very next day (Mon-Sat). International orders will take between 5-10 days, depending on your location.
What courier do you use?
We use the reliable DHL shipping service for both domestic and international shipments.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, we offer 30 days returns. Please note that the customer will need to pay for return shipping.
