1.1 The following Terms and Conditions regulate all purchases, including registration, of all products of Sloane Footwear, sold on the website www.sloane1935.com. If you continue to browse and use our Site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order to us. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and we advise you to read through them each time you use our Site.

3. Availability
3.1 Fulfilment of all orders is subject to the existing stock.
3.2 Sloane 1935 tries to ensure stock availability of all items available for purchase on the website www.sloane1935.com.
3.3 Sloane 1935 reserves the right to decline or cancel previously confirmed orders for out-of-stock products. In this event, Sloane1935 will contact the User and process a full refund of the paid amount.
3.4 The images of the products available on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display accurately reflects the colour of the products. Our products may vary slightly from those images.
3.5 All products shown on our Site are subject to availability.
4. Registration on the Website
4.1 To place an order, the User may create an account on our website by filling in the necessary information at www.sloane1935.com. By registering, your information and preferences will be stored for your convenience, making future purchases faster and easier.
4.2 It is also possible to place an order as a guest, without registering. Simply choose the designated check-box when going to the checkout.
4.3 Upon registration, the User will be granted access to the personal account area, where they can manage preferences, wishlists, and order history.
4.4 By accessing their personal account, the User is agreeing with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Orders
5.1 The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
5.2 We will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible.
5.3 If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
6. Dispatch and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Options: When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. If this date does not fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
- Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family.
- Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place.
6.2 We will endeavour to deliver within the timeframes stated. Sometimes, factors outside of our control will prevent us from delivering on time.
6.3 We are responsible for each package until it is delivered at which point responsibility transfers to you.
6.4 If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver you will be notified.
6.5 If the parcel you receive is damaged or has been tampered with please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and reject the package if there are items missing.
6.6 Disputed deliveries will be fully investigated with the couriers and may take up to 10 business days to be resolved.
7. Returns
7.1 In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a refund or exchange on any goods returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days you do not have the right to a refund or replacement.
7.2 We may reduce your refund if the product value has been reduced due to handling beyond what is permitted in a shop environment.
7.3 If promotional discounts were applied, we will not refund the discounted portion.
7.4 Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the product back or you provide evidence of postage.
